The programme will be split into two phases, with Phase I focusing on Health Check-up Kiosks that can be set-up in offices for employees to self-monitor their vitals - blood pressure, blood glucose, weight & BMI, SpO2, heart rate, body temperature and ECG; and Phase II where employees at-risk of non-communicable diseases or those with existing chronic conditions can participate in a 12-week programme to improve and/or better manage their health.
Get in touchKiosk is installed in office for employees to do regular check-up of key healthcare metrics in an easy and convenient way, get risk classification for numerous chronic conditions, and get a report sent via email. Employer will get aggregated report to see percentage of employees with high-risk for different chronic conditions, so they can plan health screening and chronic disease management programmes accordingly.
On Day 1 of the programme, Smartfuture will install the kiosk at a convenient location within the company and provide relevant training on how to register, take readings, generate reports and view them via the mobile app.
Employees can take as many readings as they want for 3 months during the programme and will be provided with an overall wellness score along with detailed scores of vitals measured via the kiosk.
At the end of the initiative, Smartfuture will collect the kiosk and provide an aggregated report of findings, which will include percentage of employees with chronic conditions, overall utilization and changes to readings over time.
