A home sleep study is done in the comfort of your own home to record your breathing activity, oxygen levels, and heart rate throughout the course of your sleep. Based on the result, a sleep specialist will analyse and diagnose if you have obstructive sleep apnea.
Level 3 Home Sleep Study
A level 3 sleep study is done from the comfort of your own home. The level 3 sleep study kit records your breathing activity, oxygen levels, and heart rate throughout the course of the night. Based on this, a level 3 sleep study tests your snoring and airflow and diagnoses if you have obstructive sleep apnea.
The home sleep test kit will be dropped off at your residence in the evening and picked up the following morning. Support will be available overnight via video and Whatsapp.
Once the kit is collected back, our team will upload the data for scoring by our sleep specialist. Once scoring is done, the report will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp.

Level 2 Home Sleep Study
In addition to monitoring breathing activity, oxygen levels and heart rate, a Level 2 sleep test monitors brain and muscle activity including cardiorespiratory signals, EEG, EOG, EMG, EKG.
This added monitoring means a Level 2 sleep test is a more sensitive test and can monitor leg and body movement, detect periodic limb movement disorder, and provide a more in-depth analysis on the overall quality and length of sleep.
A certified Sleep Technician will bring the device to you between 8 to 10pm on the desired date and take 45 minutes to set up all the sensors. You will sleep after the setup is done. The Technician will come back the next day between 7 to 9am to remove sensors and take the device back.
